The only information this website asks for is what you type into the consultation request form on the contact page: your name, work email address, an optional phone number, your company name, an optional website address, your industry, your primary growth goal, a monthly ad-spend range, and any additional context you choose to write.

Nothing is submitted while you move between the steps of the form. Your answers stay in your browser until you choose “Request a conversation”.

When a request is saved, it is stored with:

• the date and time it was received;
• a reference identifier for the request;
• the page on this site the request was sent from;
• campaign parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid or fbclid) if they were present in the link you arrived through;
• a one-way hashed value derived from your network address, used only to limit repeated automated submissions. It is not readable as an IP address and is not used to identify you.

We use your details to read, understand and respond to your inquiry, and to understand which parts of this website generate genuine interest. We do not sell, rent or share your inquiry as a lead to third parties.

This website does not run advertising pixels, analytics scripts or third-party trackers. The only browser storage in use is what the site needs to function while you are using it. If tracking is ever added, this page will be updated before it is enabled.

This website is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure, and inquiries are stored in a managed cloud database used only by Northbound Performance. Access is restricted to the site’s server-side code and to authorised people who review inquiries. Inquiry records are not readable by other visitors and there is no public list of submissions.

Inquiries are kept while they are relevant to an active or potential working relationship, and are removed when they are no longer needed for that purpose.

You can ask us to correct or delete the inquiry you submitted, or ask what we hold about it. Send that request through the contact page and include the reference shown when your inquiry was received, if you still have it.

We reply to inquiries by email using the address you provide. This website does not send automated text messages or marketing sequences, and there is no marketing subscription attached to the form.

This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed at children.

If what we collect or how we handle it changes, this page will be updated to match what the website actually does.
